Pirates and destiny and munchkins, oh my!

More random bits which is annoying since I don't remember the full stories. Here's the three I have, though:

Lagoon at night a large crowd of people were standing in except Chris the Pirate. My mom, Zomb, Chris and apparently I were part of the entertainment for the evening. Some pirate song came on and we all started singing. Us lagoon drenched women sang and made our way out of the lagoon. In a solo part for Chris, we had to climb this very steep, large gapped metal lattice work behind the scenes to get to the deck of the pirate ship facade to finish the song. Zomb and mom made it fine. My fear of falling for me to nearly the top where I could look over and see the deck and the people, but I couldn't finish the last of the climb. So I finished the song from where I was.

Elixir of destiny. Not much to this one. Bunch of folks on a rocky, mountainous area. Can't really remember the kind of clothes we were wearing. There were two large, flat areas further up where the chosen were to sit. An old man was holding a jar of some liquid substance talking to everyone. He was trying to find two people to drink. Whatever it was would not only show them their destiny, but change it forever. No one was stepping forward. I finally came up and said I was not afraid. I drank, began to glow a soft yellow light, then went and took my place on the left side (if back is to the mountain) seat. A man drank and went and took the right.

Nikki was pregnant again. Apparently some huge secret. Shanna and mom were there in dresses. Unsure what the hush hush was about.

Naughty but nice

One dream had B. Another had Z. *blushes* So not sharing details. Even as an adult, I get all embarrassed that I dream about "stuff" like that every great once and awhile.

Talk about not keeping up with things...

Hooray holidays! Except that whole not actually posting thing. That's total lamesauce. So here's some fun bits that you've missed out on the last couple weeks.

Autobots. Fighting evils gods. Semi-precious stone jewelry and Mr Toad's Wild Ride in Asia.

Hey, this stuff is too good to make up. Most details are lost. In autobots one I had wings and could fly. In fighting evil gods I was badass, but not badass enough to avoid getting taken down by an evil god. The stone jewelry was nice though you kind of had to grab it and pay on your second pass while on some kind of crazy roller coaster ride I've now deemed Mr Toad's Wild Ride cause it was some crazy shit.

All fun and interesting stuff. Glad I'm finally starting to remember these regularly again. Taking less melatonin to help me get to sleep seems to be aiding in the dreaming and dream remembering realm. Learning as I go and back to a normal-ish sleep schedule. Now to kick the writing into gear *smiles*

Randommus... like Festivus, but less festive...

Lots over the last week, but just pieces.

White and black kitty (splotches) that was in a house where lots of folks were coming in/out. Needed to get it into a box in the closet for some reason; guessing to keep it out of the way. Every time myself and some friends would get it in finally back in the closet, someone would come along opening all the doors and let it back out where it'd start it's kitten waddle for the front door. Super frustrating. Wash, rinse, repeat.

B and I sitting around on couches at what looked to be a trailer house. Some friends I went to HS with were there and one I sort of recognized and put the name Joey to, but I don't think I know anyone with that name. Sitting around BSing and catching up.

A wedding. Mine, to be exact. B was the groom. Outdoors at a park with woods. Food was being served in a large pavilion.  I was wearing what appeared to be a sundress; white with these random splotches of a very light pastel blue. I remember nothing of any ceremony. Just lots of folks, friends and family alike, stuffing faces. Then everyone was gone except a few old friends from HS and their toddlers who were placing at the edge of a shallow creek near the pavilion. The kids were splashing and jumping around in the edges of the creek and getting covered in mud. All the leftovers of maybe 50 or so people were everywhere. The pavilion was a mess with leftover food, dirty dishes and plates and glasses everywhere. I finally searched around enough to find B who then started helping me clean up since apparently we were only own for it. A couple of folks I didn't recognize but felt they were friends finally showed up after awhile and started to help too. I remember feeling incredibly frustrated and upset that I was having to clean up after my own wedding and that nearly everyone abandoned us to do the cleanup by ourselves. Lamesauce.

A mighty chorus

It was imperative I did well. I had to be in this chorus. I can't remember what it was for exactly, but I HAD to make the cut.

My Grandmother and her eldest sister who we call Memaw were the judges. In real life, as neither can hear, I could do terribly and they'd still love it *smiles*

But as I stood before them, I gathered all my nervous nerves and began doing scales... which sounded like they were being done under water. I begged off sinus drainage and they allowed me to come back another day, but time was short.

The days passed and others tried out and I tried to ditch the juicy sound I had when I began to sing. In real life, I can't carry a tube in a bucket, even if it was helping me carry the bucket.

The last day to try out came and it was sink or swim. I went in, still nervous as hell, and began my scales; they were beautiful.

I could have never done this in real life, but that's the joy of dreams, right? It ended just after I started the scales, though something tells me I made the cut. Yay!

Mix and match

Dreams were a combination of Shadowrun meets Supernatural with a dash of Hemlock Grove. Definitely remember the brothers from Supernatural being there. Setting was Shadow-runny and the monsters/bad guys were of both Shadowrun and Hemlock Grove. Long night, but awesome. Just wish I had had time to write up more details. *yawns* Always tonight for round two!
